✧ No males / masculine characters illustrations. Emotes are fine.

General

1. I have the right to refuse any commission2. All illustrations will include a simple background only.3. I reserve the rights to post any commission on my social media.4. You must have a Sketch/Complete Illustration for an OC commission or you will be charge $60 for a character design of a bust up sketched image.5. If you do not send me a sketch/ complete illustration within 24 hours of purchasing a commission then you will be refunded and will not be able to purchase from me for one month. If this happens 2 times within commissioning me, you will no longer be able to commission from me.6. Keep in mind, my art style isn't constant and always changes so be aware of that, thank you!7. There is no set date to receiving your art piece. I try to get the art to you within 1 - 3 weeks depending on the details and commission list. If you need the art by a certain date, pls discuss with me first and you will be charged accordingly.8. Only two revisions during the sketch process.9. After commission form is filled out and sent to me, everything will be finalized, no changing anything.10. After each commission is completed, I will take a one or two day break in between to rest.11. YOU MUST AGREE to my terms and conditions before I accept your commission.

Payments

1. All prices are in USD.2. Paypal payments must be paid first before any illustrations are started.3. I do tax on paypal, only 4.75% for paypal fees.4. Commercial rights fees to waive this is 2x the price of the art.5. You must have a Sketch/Complete Illustration for an OC commission. A $60 fee will be added on without character references.

Process

1. Discussing the filled out commission form before agreeing on taking the commission.2. After payment is received, I will start the sketch process.3. After completed, i will send a sketch.4. I will send an update every so often through discord, gmail and twitter. Please do not ask or rush during this process. I will include my trello for those live updates.5. Do not rush me, it can take time depending the work load. Thank you.

Refunds

1. NO REFUNDS, after payment as been approved.2. The only reason for me to refund is if you do not send me a sketch/ complete illustration within 24 hours of purchasing a commission. You will be refunded and will not be able to purchase from me for one month. If this happens 2 times within commissioning me, you will no longer be able to commission from me.3. Refunds are only made when I have an emergency where I cannot complete the piece, I will DM you personally and refund immediately.
